Merged GeorgeP's changes: - Changed default KeyPressDelay to 500ms. - Added SuccessMessage property to .cs and .js (#18557). - Added _isIgnoredKey method (#18571) - Changed _onValidate to ignore events raised by ignored keys (#18571).

Merged vbtwo31984's patch: - Fixed ServerPath to resolve url - Implemented server-side validation by dynamically creating proxy class for web service and calling the method through reflection Updated the sample website's button with an OnClick handler to display the Page's IsValid status on postbacks, for testing.
